The InnoQuotient Model

The InnoQuotient Model defines organizational culture as a whole made up by two inseparable parts: the Rational and the Emotional.

• The Rational part is the tangible (hardware] –the indicators, the methods, the tools we use, what we produce–.

• The Emotional part is what defines who we are (software) –the objectives, the desires, the attitudes, the relationships–.

The Rational part can be copied between organizations; however, the Emotional part is impossible to copy, it is our differentiating competitive advantage.

The Innovation Culture Model has been developed by Professors Jay Rao and Joseph Weintraub of Babson College in Boston (USA).

Model validated and published by MIT SLOAN.
