InnoQuotient Methodology
1

Assesment of the Culture of Innovation

What is it?
The questionnaire that allows you to learn your organization’s situation in relation to the culture of innovation.

What for?
In order to find out if we are making progress, we must be able to measure. Measuring from the point where we start and, subsequently, measuring the progress based on the actions that we are undertaken.

Who is it for?
The entire organization. Everybody's opinion counts.

Frequency
Once per year.

2

Analysis and conclusions based on the questionnaire

What is it?
As expert consultants, we analyze the data obtained from the assessment and draw key conclusions.

What for?
It is the starting point for working on the subsequent steps.

Who is it for?
For the management team.

Frequency
Once per year.

3

Workshop: from the assessment to the action plan

What is it?
Together with the management team, we align the organization’s strategy with the analysis of the results, and we set up one-year action plans that are feasible and realistic, given that they are based on the organization’s reality.

What for?
We use it to align the action plan with the involvement of the entire management team.

Who is it for?
For the management team.

Frequency
Once per year.

4

Squad sessions for executing the action plan

What is it?
It is an active process of training and follow-up on the internal teams (squads) which, through a system of learning by doing, will implement the defined action plans.

What for?
To provide the squads with support on using the Concepts, Methods, and Tools that are specific to innovation.

Who is it for?
For the squads.

Frequency
• 30’ weekly sessions.
• Monthly Marketplace events and acknowledgments in which the management team also participates.

5

DAT sessions for supervising progress on the project

What is it?
The DAT (Transformation Accelerator Board: “DAT” in Spanish) is formed by members of the management team, and its purpose is to supervise the progress of the squads. (Step 5 takes place at the same time as step 4.)

What for?
So that the DAT can follow up on and define improvements in the process on which progress is being made. They provide the corrections to be made in the process in order to facilitate the organization's strategy.

Who is it for?
For members of the DAT.

Frequency
Monthly 1-on-1 sessions with each member of the DAT.

Why do you need to understand and enhance the Culture of Innovation at your organization?

These are some of the questions that have been posed to us by over 5,000 executives:

"How would knowing our culture in detail affect the achievement of results?"

"Do all the organization’s collaborators share the same vision regarding innovation and strategy?"

"Why have so many organizations invested so much in Design Thinking, in Lean Startup, etc., and yet it hasn’t permeated their culture?"

"Why is it so difficult to transform an organization’s culture? Where is the resistance?"

"How can we swiftly achieve innovative results that truly permeate in the culture?"

"In the case of a company merger, how can I identify where and how to generate cultural synergies?"

"Where should we begin changing the culture?"

You can find the answers in the InnoQuotient Methodology:

The 5 steps towards your culture of innovation.

Why invest in your organization's culture?

Your products, processes, technologies and business models may not be unique or sustainable over time. But, an organization’s culture is always unique and if this culture is one of innovation it becomes its best competitive advantage and sustainable over time.

Organizations can do this intentionally, opportunistically or accidentally. The more intentional it is, the greater the opportunities that open up and the “luckier” you are.

So we suggest you be intentional in your innovation culture: do the diagnosis, identify the bright and dark spots, adjust resources, scale processes and be recognized by customers for being innovative!
